About me

Here’s a little bit about me: I am a proudmother of four beautiful children, a delighted grandmother, and I've been happily married to my wonderful husband for 10 years. I'm also a huge dog lover, and our family includes some amazing German Shepherds. In fact, my business name, PaisLee Sweets, is a loving tribute to one of our cherished German Shepherds, PaisLee.

My cookie-making journey began three years ago after watching the Christmas Cookie Challenge. Inspired by the show, I thought, "I can do that." The very next day, I started baking and have been hooked ever since.

Baking cookies is a job I truly love, and I’m excited to share my experience with you. While I may not be a professional, I am passionate about teaching you the techniques that work for me and showing you how I create my cookies. I’m incredibly grateful that you’ve chosen to join my cookie class, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
